Shipping & Delivery:

Vidyame Perfume Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation.

Delivery Timeline:

India: 2–7 business days via standard shipping.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Packaging: Each perfume is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely and intact.

Shipping Origin: Dispatched from, New Delhi. Deliveries happen from Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM – 8 PM. Signature may be required – please plan accordingly.

Important Note: Vidyame is not liable for any damage after delivery. For missing or damaged items, please mail us on the day of delivery. Shipping charges vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.

Returns:

What Can Be Returned

You may return the product if:

It is faulty, defective, damaged, leaked, or clearly wrong compared to what was ordered.
The item is not as described, e.g. it looks different than product listing.

ℹ️ Note: In case of any damaged or stolen delivery claim (e.g. a missing or empty package), you must provide an unboxing video — without it, customer service won’t process the claim.

How to Proceed

If you want to return a perfume: Take a full unboxing video at delivery. Get in touch via mail on vidyamev@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide your order ID, product name/image, and detailed issue. If accepted, ship the item back within 7 days, keeping it sealed and unused.
