Return Request Timeline
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
How to Request a Return

- Order ID
- Full Name
- Product Name
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
- A detailed description of the problem
Our support team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Return Approval Process
- Once your return request is verified and approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return process.
- In eligible cases, a replacement product or refund will be initiated.
- VIDYAME reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
- Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Personal fragrance preference or dissatisfaction with the scent.
- Products that have been used, tampered with, or altered after delivery.
- Return requests raised after the stipulated 3-day period.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
